The 60-Day Money-Back Policy
Sixty days from the moment your card is charged, and bottles you have already been using are covered. It is that second half of the sentence that is worth going over again.
Why Opened Bottles Count
A great many guarantees in this industry apply only to sealed product. Read that clause slowly and you will see what it does: it makes the guarantee unclaimable by anybody who actually tried the thing, because trying it means opening it.
This policy covers opened bottles. Take a dropper every morning for six weeks, decide it has done nothing, and the window is still open with the money still recoverable.

What is not covered: return postage is yours, and any shipping you originally paid is not refunded. Requests opened after the sixtieth day fall outside the policy. Those are the only exclusions, and listing them here beats meeting them at the worst possible moment.
Six Steps, In Order
Written out plainly, including the one everybody forgets.
01 — Write before anything is posted
Contact the checkout that took your order, quote the order number, and say you want to use the sixty day policy. Get the return authorisation first.
02 — Pack everything you have left
Full bottles, part-used bottles and empties all go in the box. No seal has to be intact and no bottle has to have anything left in it.
03 — Write the authorisation number on the outside
Almost everybody forgets this one, and an unlabelled parcel can sit unmatched on a warehouse shelf for weeks. Put it on the box itself, clearly.
04 — Send it tracked
Postage is yours. Tracked postage is worth the small extra, because it is your proof the parcel arrived if anything is queried.
05 — The refund is issued on receipt
Once the warehouse receives and matches the parcel the refund goes to the original payment method, and your bank adds its own few working days.
06 — If anything stalls
Write to support@sugarreseet.com with the authorisation number and the tracking reference. This site cannot issue the refund but it can point you at the right desk.
Please Give It Longer Than Three Weeks
Almost every refund request that reaches us arrives inside the first month, which is exactly the window in which very little can honestly have happened. The taste effect is immediate; everything else is a four week question.
Being disappointed at week three means the timetable is working, not that the product has failed. The window runs to day sixty so the decision can be made after a fair month rather than during one.
And if day fifty-five arrives and the answer is still no, use it. That is what it is for, and one of the messages published on this site is from somebody who did exactly that.
Who Processes It
Payment, dispatch and refunds are handled by the official checkout under the terms displayed there at the time of purchase. That is where the money went and that is where a refund comes from. This site is a guide, not the merchant.
Policy Questions
Do I have to give a reason?
No. It did nothing, you disliked the taste, or nothing at all — the window does not depend on the answer.
What if I finished every bottle?
Send back the empties. The policy is built around people who actually took the product, which is the only way anybody finds out whether it worked.
Do I get shipping back?
The product is refunded. Delivery you paid at the start stays paid, and the journey back is at your expense. Three and six bottle orders ship free, so most people have no original shipping to discuss.
How long does the money take?
Processing starts once the warehouse receives and matches the parcel, and your bank then adds its own few working days.
Can I claim on day sixty-three?
No. Sixty days means sixty days from payment. If the date is tight, open the request while days remain rather than afterwards.
