Ingredients, the blend, interactions with something you already take. We will not diagnose anything, and for medication questions a pharmacist beats us every time.
About a parcel
Where it is, changing an address, a missing bottle, a damaged box. The checkout that took your order is faster, because your order number lives there.
About a refund
Start with the checkout for a return authorisation before anything is posted. If you are unsure which route that is, write and we will point you at it.
About the five guides
They arrive after checkout on the three and six bottle packages. Check spam first, then contact the checkout, which holds your order record.

What We Cannot Answer
Whether this product is safe for you personally, whether it interacts with your prescription, and what any reading of yours means. Not from reluctance: answering those from an inbox, without your history, would be worse than saying nothing.
Those belong with a doctor or a pharmacist. What we can give you is the complete ingredient picture in a form you can take to an appointment, which is genuinely useful. The label section is written partly for that purpose.
Response Times
Two working days is the target and it is met most weeks. Mondays are slowest and public holidays push everything back a day. If four working days pass with nothing, send it again — filters occasionally eat one in either direction.
